INSURANCE
TRIUMPH SPORTS + MOVEMENT PHYSICAL THERAPY, PLLC is an Out-of-Network provider for all commercial insurances. All appointments at TRIUMPH SPORTS + MOVEMENT PHYSICAL THERAPY are one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy for the whole 60 minute session. In most traditional physical therapy settings patients spend 15-30 minutes with a physical therapist and the rest of the visit is spent with support staff to allow the physical therapist to see several patients in one hour due to quickly declining insurance reimbursement rates.
With our model, we are able to provide high quality one-on-one care for quicker recovery without insurance companies limiting or guiding patient care. TRIUMPH SPORTS + MOVEMENT PHYSICAL THERAPY, PLLC has direct access in the state of Arizona therefore a prescription from your physician is not required to begin physical therapy.
At TRIUMPH SPORTS + MOVEMENT PHYSICAL THERAPY patients pay for their treatment at the time of service and we can provide you with a receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can’t guarantee you will get reimbursement, as all insurance companies are different.
Due to Medicare regulations we are not able to see any patients with Medicare coverage at this time.
